I am the owner and director of OnTimePlumber.co.uk Ltd. I set up the business in 2007 and became a limited company in 2010.

I strive to offer a professional plumbing service to my customers and am a member of Checkatrade and Trading Standards 'Buy with Confidence' scheme.

I have a dedicated professional answering service (person) 24/7 that will answer your calls within 3 rings. I return these calls within 30 minutes during the working day and generally the same evening or first thing next morning. My mobile is usaully always on during the working day and if not, I generally return messages within 30 minutes.

Generally, I prefer to offer fixed prices for my plumbing work as this gives a greater sense of control and security to my customers.

I am SMALL JOB friendly and there is no job too small. By offering a no fix-no fee, no callout service you are not obliged nor am I. When I attend a plumbing job, it is first off a 'take a look' to see if I can provide you with the level of service I strive for. If I feel unable to do this, I can refer you to other well established plumbers.
